Join us for an incredible cooking class taught by Lisa Cassell-Arms, author of Seasons in Vermont.  In this hands on course, you will learn how to make a variety of dishes that are focused around Vermont's seasonal changes.  

Our menu consists of: Pear salad with pickled shallots, goat cheese tart with mango habanero jam, and spiced dark chocolate brownies.
