Our chef will teach you how to create the perfect flaky crust for a deep dish bacon and leek quiche, served with Vermont field greens.  Next, discover how to make Italian bruschetta with a twist, using strawberries and fresh basil. You will also enjoy tastings of Green Mountain sangria.  For a sweet finale, our chef will show you the basics of baking and how to create an awesome strawberry shortcake!
