Join us for a fun, hands-on course featuring a variety of small Spanish inspired bites. 

First, our chef will show you how to season eggs for a delicious Tortilla Espanola.  Then, learn how to prep and cut chicken for a croquette filling.  Next, create a perfectly seasoned breadcrumb mixture and practice dredging.  Finally, cook beef with herbs and spices for a savory empanada filling.
